Position Overview
The Roofing General Manager for Residential projects will oversee all aspects of roofing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency while managing a team of professionals. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and maintaining excellent client relations to deliver high-quality roofing solutions that meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the residential roofing division
Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Lead and mentor a team of roofing professionals, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns or issues that arise
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management system

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role in the residential construction industry
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and techniques
Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial goals
Outstanding leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Exceptional client relations and communication skills
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
