We are a Commercial HVAC firm with offices in Richmond and Washington D.C./Baltimore including a 15K sq foot warehouse facility.
We have been around for 20+ years serving commercial clients through out the Virginia and DC markets in both commercial HVAC service as well as providing a line card of products to commercial mechanical contractors.
Although we are a small team, we are also owned/backed by a major players in the space which gives you the best of both worlds - smaller tight knit family like culture with the backing and resources of a larger firm.
This role will be focused on selling our line card of commercial HVAC/Mechanical equipment (air handlers, sheet metal ducts & accessories, control systems etc.) to Mechanical Contractors through the Richmond and major metros of VA.
The firm is growing and with that the Vice President is actively looking for an experienced outside sales rep to be his right hand man and help continue to grow the business!
The role has a 1st year guarantee (determined based on experience) with unlimited income potential.
The ideal candidate has previous HVAC/Mechanical equipment knowledge to be able to come in and hit the ground running.
-As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts
-Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders to access various equipment
-Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
-Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
-Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits
-Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to foster long-term customer loyalty
-Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
