Requirements:

5+ years of Construction experience (Automotive Dealership exp required!)
Three verifiable client references
Ability to create and maintain three-week look aheads using Microsoft Project
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook

Key Responsibilities:

Co-manage construction with sub-contractors
Maintain clear and complete understanding of drawings and scope
Scheduling
Manage quality standards
Coordinate trades to ensure consistent, productive workflow
Generate and distribute three-week look aheads
Manage safety program and requirements on-site
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Supervise and manage project completion and job close-out to meet schedule requirements
