Job Title: Project Manager/Building Envelope Consultant
Location: Field/Queens, NY
Salary: Up to $150k Base Salary + OT Pay + 5-10% Bonus Potential
Requirements: Project Management, Envelopes or Facades
Based in Queens, we're an engineering firm that's been providing expertise with the restoration of building envelopes and facades for over 30 years.

- Oversee, Inspect and Manage the Analysis/Design of Building Envelope and Facade Projects in NYC
The ability to commute to Queens on a daily basis and at least 7 years of experience with:
- Project Management
- Construction Monitoring
- Building facades or Envelope Inspections
- Local Law 11 (LL11)
