Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Defense Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of transportation, workers' compensation, and premises liability.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in defense litigation cases, including transportation, workers' compensation, and premises liability.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop effective defense strategies.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in defense litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Experience in transportation, workers' compensation, and premises liability is highly preferred.
