- Establish Plasma Strip/Etch tool production strategy and objectives
- Design, develop, implement and test hardware solutions
- Oversee equipment operating specifications while coordinating with semiconductor manufacturing customers and product design teams
- Implement standards for chamber design and bringing tools into production
- Work closely with customers to provide technical oversight and equipment optimization
- Lead a team of direct reports and regularly collaborate with internal product teams
10+ years of Experience With:

- Degree in Engineering
