Job Title: Director of RF Engineering

Salary: $160k - $225k

- Lead the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment
- Work with teams to optimize RF system design concepts and RF delivery
- Contribute to RF device modeling and circuit design
- Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing
- Manage internal or customer problems in a fast paced environment
- Lead a team of direct reports and regularly collaborate with internal product teams
10+ years of Experience With:
- Semiconductor
- RF System Design
- RF Device Modeling
- Circuit Design
- Equipment Testing/Validation
- Data Analysis
- SAP
- CAD (Creo preferred)
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Salary: $160k - $225k
