An established boutique law firm based in Houston, TX with over 10 years in practice is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting estate planning documents, handling probate matters, and advising clients on tax and asset protection strategies.
Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$165,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in estate planning and probate
Experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Familiarity with Texas probate procedures and estate tax strategies
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Texas Bar membership in good standing
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents including wills and trusts
Advising clients on asset protection, estate taxes, and charitable giving
Handling probate administration and court filings
Meeting with clients and developing tailored estate plans
Collaborating with other attorneys on complex estate and tax planning matters
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of estate law changes in Texas and federally
