Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Greeneville, TN
Salary: $55K-$65K+ DOE
Requirements: Preventive Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Budget Management
- Inspect, plan and implement the preventive maintenance strategies
- Determine corrective maintenance actions to assure long term and reliable functioning of equipment
- Implement and improve preventive maintenance plans regarding mechanical, electrical and lubrication, spare parts, consumables management with production team
- Schedule preventive maintenance work orders and ensure that inspections are effectively conducted
- Record equipment history and trend results of condition monitoring tasks to identify needs of maintenance actions proactively to reduce risk of unplanned downtime
- Support equipment troubleshooting and design modifications required to reduce maintenance costs, improve reliability and maintainability
- Assist with the maintenance budget, supervise contractor activities and other personnel
- Communicate and implement regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance of all safety policies, procedures and report on accidents/incidents assuring follow-up
- 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance; including inspections, planning, implementation/execution
- Familiarity with federal and provincial safety standards
- Ability to supervise personnel and ensure the team attains expected performance, ethics, and safe behaviors
- Ability to train and coach the maintenance team on preventive maintenance and maintenance best practices
- Ability to abide by safety standards by ensuring safe practices by co-workers, employees, and contractors in all areas of responsibility and managing accountability
