Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Flexibility)
Job Salary: $75-125k (potential for higher base depending on experience)

We are a rapidly growing painting services contractor that is urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team! We are open to a variety of industries and experiences for our opening, with commercial painting, paving, power washing, striping, or other contractors being preferred.
The ideal candidates will have a significant background in construction/painting/paving/striping/etc. industries, business development, project management, invoicing, estimating, client relations, and contract administration.
It will be highly preferred if you are highly autonomous, have a previous management background, BOMA/IREM involvement, and/or have worked with painting/coating materials.
- Invoicing jobs, contract negotiation, and document administration.
- Develop sales territory to create new business and strengthen relations with clients in the area
- Point of contact for supervisors, crews, and clients for execution of projects.
- Obtain and review project specs for estimation and bidding purposes.
- Work closely with other team members throughout project stages.
