Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage various commercial construction projects, specifically in the hospital, medical labs, life science, K-12, and senior living sectors. The Superintendent will ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities across multiple sites, including hospital and medical facilities.
Manage subcontractors and labor resources to ensure effective project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in hospital, medical labs, or life sciences.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Experience in K-12 and senior living construction projects is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
