Controls Installation Foreman

Location: Can reside anywhere in the US

Hourly: $27-$37 DOE

SCHEDULE: 17-ON/4 OFF ROTATION SCHEDULE

MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH NATIONWIDE TRAVEL

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Installation Foreman to lead our controls installation team. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of control systems and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the installation of control systems and equipment, including HVAC and BAS.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
Manage day-to-day operations of the installation team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control panels and mechanical installations.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and installation techniques.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience installing, wiring, and comissioning control systems (BAS, PLC's, HVAC) in industrial/commercial setting
Experience with PLC programming and control panel installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
A valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
