Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Pleasant Prairie
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Through our global network, we deliver the highest quality aluminum and iron manufacturing solutions for mobility applications, enabling lighter weight vehicles that improve fuel economy, reduce emissions, and help lower carbon footprints.
As a Quality Engineer, you will provide quality support and leadership for all new and existing products and processes in the plant.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead development and refinement of product specific quality systems
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
- Initiate and implement re-work instructions
- Prepare and submit PPAP per customer requirements
- Perform/Support root cause analysis methodology
- Conduct internal audits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience

- Quality/Manufacturing
- PPAP, AQPQ, SPC
- ISO/TS16949
- GD&T
- Six Sigma
